 Hey all.
K, my character class is a mage. I've pretty much finished act 1 after completing all the quests. 
Now when i was shopping around before going into the deep roads, i've noticed slots on the armour and stars. I was wondering if you buy certain runes and enchantments, does the armour physically change; as in you see the armour change on your character (e.g if i upgrade hawks armour that i started with will in the begining of the game will it turn out like the armour you see on the front of the box)?? Once you have used a rune on a  item, will that change stay with you for the all items for the entire game or can you only use it for one item???
Any know how on the mechanics of the upgrades, armour and weapons for all class would be a great help

Dear Ao. Punctuation! Let's see here:
- No the armour doesn't change in appearance.
- You will find the armour on the boxart in act 3. It's the champion set
- Once a rune is enchanted onto an item it will only affect that particular item. The rune can't be removed and used on another item, it can only be replaced by another rune.
