after i did cleared out a guard imposters hideout in kirkwall i had a scene with a strange woman who said that if i cleared out more of them i would get rewards from her in the hanged man tavern.
well i cleared out everything in act 1 and no district had any encounters left in it, and she was never in the hanged man.
im now in act 2 and she still isnt there.
when does she start giving out these 'toys' as she put it?
question about an Act 1 incident involving a strange woman.

I believe after you clean out the last of the gangs in Act 3 you'll see her there.Rumtruffle wrote...

She's in one of the rooms at the back of the hanged man.

Uhm, no. You'll meet her as early as act 1, but only at night, in a backroom in The Hanged Man.

That's weird... did you defeat the gang leaders in their bases? Otherwise, you probably just didn't see her. Her room is all the way at the back of the Hanged Man.
