Least: Fenris (I think, because I didn't pick him up in my first playthrough (did not even know how to get him and therefore missed him), and I'm now going to pick him up in my second one, which is in progress right now).

i dont get why people have a hard time earning approval with isabela, i thought it was the easiest of chars to do that with + i enjoyed doing it 100% of the time.

Least favorite: Not sure which one. I don't like Anders and Merrill. I like when Merrill talks to Isabela, but that's all. Anders in DA2 is even WORSE than he was in Awakening. Anders + Justice? No, thanks.

Aveline gets no love! She can be quite humorous, and she's about the most trustworthy companion among them all. Besides, it's so painful to help her court Donnic it's good.

I thought there would be a few Varric as faves but I was not expecting 5-10 almost every page! I am just glad I am not a lone ranger freak-person in BSN who likes Varric XD

Most Favorite: Carver or Fenris. I honestly can't choose between them. I love them exactly equally but for very different reasons.

Least favorite: Fenris. I like him as a character, but as whole to try and even talk to this guy is a bloody nightmare. He's worse than Sten the Qunari. I mean at least Sten warmed up to me and started liking me and became one of my bestes friends. But Fenris. Know he whines, gets mad, and then whines again.

Favorite: Even though she looks like 10, Merrill , she´s a good damage mage.
Least: Either Anders or Isabella.. Isabella is a prostitute; i was glad i had the chance to give her to the Qunari.

My fav = toss up between Anders, Aveline and Varric. I'll go with Varric, he's my bff ^^

My least fav = on my first playthrough I didn't talk to her much and then she ran away, so Isabela.

Fenris is intense, tragic, damaged, and HILARIOUS -- what can I say? Dry humour is my favourite. But Varric ... how can you not love Varric. He's the team mom and everything he does is for their sake and he's literally a Dwarf Bard, that's something new. Both of these characters elevated the game to such heights for me, I love them more than everyone in DA:O combined.

My LEAST favourite? I don't even know. I tend to say Anders, but I think Anders is the best written and most interesting character in DA2. His descent into paranoia and madness and the path that lead him to the horrible **** he ended up doing ... it was all so, so, so well done. What he did at the end raised the game's "art points" by like a thousand. But I just can't forgive him for it, and I can't forgive how he refused to see that what he did was awful. This is a new thing for me. I never dislike a character I see as well written, being well written and being likeable is synonymous to me!

My favorite is also a tie between Fenris and Varric for all these reasons you wrote.

Yeah i agree with you about Anders to...i can't bring myself to hate him...in fact i pit him... there so much sadness and anger in him that breaks my heart... now my LEAST favorite for sure was Sebastian. He's so fanatic about that Chantry crap ... i really can't handle religious fanatism well but it is just me...and that scream of his at the end when Anders does the big BOOM made me lol.

Liked all the others ...Aveline was a fine friend and funny with that corny romance ....Merril ****** me of sometimes but she grows to be a fine rival at the end..Isabella well she's a pirate and play that by the book.

Favourite: Varric he was great firend to Hawke and for everwyone else and Anders - good created character.

Least: Sebastian - he's too religious.
