I haven't met her in the game. Does it depend on what class you are playing? I'm playing a rogue. I'm past the part where I became the champion. I'm level 16.

She appears in the first act. You need to visit the Hanged Man during the day... or night... I don't exactly remember. But it's based on just showing up there at some point.

Just keep doing quests, but try to avoid the main plot quests except when you are done with others, eventually after you've progressed a certain amount, she should show up.  I say avoid main plot when you can, because I am not sure what exactly you have to do to get her to show up, and you don't want to go on the deep roads expedition before you have gotten her.

Uh if you are past being the champion, you very well might  not get her...  Have to get her in Act 1 I think. In fact, with exception of Sebastian, whom you pick up in Act 2 (although you must HELP him in act 1, he doesn't join you until act 2) you get everyone in act 1.

It's to late for you to get her if you've already passed Act 1, she become's available right after you get Anders just by going to the Hanged Man. She wont show up in Act 2 or 3 if you didn't get her in Act 1.
