Killa2k. Trying to keep topic on track. So we dont get locked. But example. I had a friend at school, was normal, but listened to heavy metal. Ended up ending his life. Why. Some blamed the music. Thats my point. If its not music, or movies, or this or that. The media blames something. I guarantee you. Even no proof. That kid ended his life because of school, bullies, not because of heavy metal music.

Killa. I could of beat demo with one hand. Hehe. While drinking a beer in the other.
Hell. I could of easily beat game being drunk. One handed. With one eye closed.

Heh you should not be letting a 5 year old play games that's rated M... why are you exposing a young kid to violence at such young age?

Agreed - irresponsible child rearing alert!

lol bud, do me a favour

ask your "nephew" to go through the first level of COD and see if has any more trouble

It's impossible to die on the first level of either Modern Warfare game, but World at War's Semper Fi, Black Ops' Operation 40 and CoD 3's Saint-Lo would definitely give a five year old problems on regular difficulty.

Ape Child. I totally agree. We never had any technology in my house when I grew up. And when I did get a second hand commodore 64 or atari. Yes. 2nd hand. I got 2nd hand games. Kids dont know how to be kids anymore. On other hand. Dont learn diciplline, or learn basic skills.

Bob. Pokemon. No. Hell no. Pop my eyes out. If he played that. I would cry. I would rather him play any other vaporware game. Sure some people have a huge pokemon following. But to me. Its so annoying. Even the theme song. Arrghh.

As for game rateing. This is one argument I could have for hours. I was watching horror movies at a very very early age. Didnt hurt me. I was like. Maybe 12, 13, watching full on horror movies. Never hurt me. Sure. 5 year old is damn young. But he sits there while we watch CSI or Dexter, hehe.
Kids grow up fast. But as for game rateing, doesnt bother me. Its all the other crap. Like bad teachers at school, or bullies, its not game rateing.

Sacred. Yeah. It surprised me to. He plays games when I get them. So I played demo 2nd. I was like. Dont fail. Please for love of god. Dont fail and be beat by a 5 year old. So I played demo on mage, leveled up, and still, my nephew is like, keep pressing the buttons, when I was slowly pausing, using strategy, but yeah, it suprised me, but kids do learn things quick.

Most kids I know in this "rotten" age have disciplline and basic skills.

Maybe your nephew's just not that smart a.k.a .below average. Sorry for being rude, but I find your posts extremely rude.

So a 5 year old plays DA2? How is this any news? Dozens and dozens of 5 year olds rated the game 0/10 at metacritic...

Not cool. Insulting someone's young relatives is not nice and where has RainWolf been rude to people? He hasn't. Is this really all you have to add to the thread? Then why bother?

Talking of not being able to read, he said it wasn't his child.

I hope when you say that he can not read that you mean he has trouble with the wording rather than that he can not read at all. If he can not read at all then, as a writer, I can only beg you to teach him his alphabet, phonetics, basic nouns, verbs & grammer.

LOL at this comment, considering you can't spell "grammar".

Tirigon. Firstly. Before flameing away. Do your research. 1st. I am the Uncle. I have no right, or no decision on the kids future, schooling, or learning. If the parents, grand parents. Are like. Go play with uncle. And not care what we play. Fine.

But here Tirigon. Here is some simple facts for you. I know first hand, my friends, my sisters friends. That where complete and utter nerds at school. All A. You know where they are now. Working in McDonalds. People assume learning creates better jobs. Wrong, wrong wrong.

Heard the saying. Over educated. Its proven fact. Most workers want robots. They dont want some worker, thats going to take there job, there place. They prefer the brain dead tards you point out so nicely. In that case. My nephew should easily find work when hes older.

My point. Educated or not. Doesnt define if your a good person or not. I know on internet unemployed people. That are the nicest, kindest people. Then you find the rich a holes. That would help you out. I am talking emotional help. Not money wise.

Look at Charlie Sheen. Fame, money, gets you nowhere sister.

And yeah. Do research. People in the 60s, 70s, where smokin the peace pipe. Every generation is full of sheep. So no one is perfect.

So before you start pointing the judge stick. Look in mirror. Why are you yourself on a forum. Instead of with your family, real friends. Hmm. Irony anyone.

HA! He made a sweeping generalisation about a whole generation.... how's that not insulting?!
I only insulted one...

AnyOldName. Thank you. Thank you. You defended me in two posts. You didnt need to. But thanks. Very true. I have learnt. Being a old school gamer. Not to flame.

I may speak openly about say. Religion, or game rateing. But I never attack posters.

But yeah. Thanks again. Your right. Not my kid. So its out of my hands. What the parents do.

Thats why I am no parent. My kid would live like 50 years ago. No technology. No power. Out in the wilds. Learning real skills. The old ways. But as I said. We live in different times.

You can always go live "out in the wilds" you know? Nobody is forcing you to stay at this horrible, horrible computer.

The one thing I find disturbing is not the fact that he beat the demo at age five, but that he cannot read at age five.

When I created this topic. It wasnt flameing, it wasnt negative. It was all in good fun.

Now I wont name names. But it seems the fanboys. Have entered the room. So I have to put on my flame jacket.

It was meant to spark fun discussion. On other gamers having there kids, nephews, whatever, also having game experience.

Also showing that yes. DA2 is dumbed down.

But now I have seen all these negative, nasty topics.

I am no moderator. But this either has to get on topic real fast. Or dont bother to post.

SuperSomething. Yawn. You obviously arent around kids. Kids learn at different speeds. I was a fast learner. Very self taught. Others arent. Some people may complain to crap. About my grammer with typeing. But in terms of music. I am highly skilled. I am a musician by trade. I am a Audio Engineer, musician. So you may asssume. Oh. Snap. Epic fail. His grammer is bad. But I am very succesfull as a Audio Engineer. Which you would know nothing about. So yeah. Think. Get facts. Before you comment.
