Quick question, I'm now out of Kirkwall and still haven't met Isable...where/when do I meet her.

Act 1 after you recruit Anders, go to the Hanged Man.

Hopefully you're still in Act 1. You need to visit the Hanged Man some time before the Deep Roads, but I'm not sure exactly when... just do side quests and keep checking back, day or night.

Ouch! I'm already out of the city hopefully I still have the old game otherwise I will need to restart
