This is not a login issue, as I can log into the site while playing, but I cannot seem to upload a DA2 player profile, nor has my DA:O profile been updated with characters I've created since I bought the game. What do I need to do to fix this? Is there something on my profile page I need to correct to get this uploaded.

Everything EA is set to "allow all" in my firewall.
