Just what the topic asks. If I am able to find someone willing to let me use their connection, download The Exiled Prince and The Black Emporium, will I be able to access this DLC when I then play from home, offline? Shale was usable offline in Origins, so I should hope the same policy works in DA2, but I have seen a couple of topics with people saying the Black emporium is a no go while not connected to Live. Can anyone confirm this one way or the other?

Once you've installed it, you should be able to use it without being connected. At least, that's my experience...

I don't live in an area where broadband internet is available, and I would have to make a special trip somehwere to mooch someone's internet.
