Ok, there are some points either in the middle of combat or even randomly after where right-click just does nothing.

I can't even highlight loot, although it is still shimmering, same with enemies during combat.

When I couldn't highlight the loot, I saved, quit, and went back into the game and it worked. This wouldn't be such an issue, but as I said before, it happens during combat too.

So sometimes in the middle of a fight, not only can I not move my character (with right-click, I can still WASD), I can't attack enemies, or even highlight them.

P.S. Is there any way to change the key mapping for the left and right mouse button? I can't find either one in the key mapping menu.
