Have tried everything in the forum that have offer but still to no effect.;(
Have reinstalled the game 4 times now.And still cant get connected to the servers to active the game.
Went to EA support on-line chat.And still nothing was solved.
Cant express how disappionted,angry,sad and helpless i am.
Really hope all will be well soon.;(

1. There is a "collection" thread that was begun with the purpose of having a central location from which Bioware's developers could obtain a range of replies while researching why the game doesn't launch for some people.
2. When you do (if you do) add your comment there, you should summarize both your system description, and the various fix attempts you've tried to apply.

Right click on the short cut and select "Run as Administrator"
Turn off all your firewall and Anti-virus.

There are a few of us over at the Unable To Connect / Login thread having the same issue. (http://social.biowar...index/6445527/8)
As soon as I click Sign In it tells me to check my internet connection.
I'm an administrator, firewall has been turned off, as has anti-virus.
I've used Wireshark to try and see what the Activation application does, and it sends a DNS request to proxy.novafusion.ea.com and that seems to be the end of it.
If, however, you click "Create an EA account," the application clearly connects to an EA server as it's able to tell me if the email address I enter is already in use.
I can ping proxy.novafusion.ea.com and the gosredirector thing.
This is really annoying. BioWare haven't commented on this issue on the thread yet.
