Is there any way to see the effects of buffs or other abilities? For example, when I switch on something like elemental weapons, is there any way to see the in-game effect of that? I see a little icon in the lower right corner, but mousing over it doesn't give me any info.

When selecting a passive ability that increases your skills in certain circumstances, is there any way to see this effect?

How about the +health or +armor equipment - does this show up on your character?
