What is the best rogue armor and when do you get it?
I'm currently using the full armor set the Decent or something like that and I just acquired my estate.

The Champion Armor in Act 3, but it comes in pieces and you need to do certain quests to get them.

Champion armor
and you start getting it at the end of act II
then finish getting it throughout act III
just make sure you keep your eyes open when search areas.
it usually drops from bosses though iirc.
