Actually yes. That's how I got specs like blood mage in origins.

Those that are present in Origins - yes (like Blood Mage etc.)
Those introduced in Awakening - no (like Shadow), though I think there should be a mod for these.

Let me clear that up. If you buy a manual in Awakening and use it in Awakening to get an Origins specialisation then yes probably. But you cant use the manual in origins from Awakening and you cant use Awakening specs in Origins.
