I've been having conversations with my party members that really push them towards either rivalry or friendship but I've been having no such conversations with Isabella (Act 2). What triggers these conversations?

Yeah, I was pretty vague, lol. I guess what I mean is, you know how you can have those conversations with companions at their "homes" which give you big boosts to friend/rivalry? I've yet to have any of them with Isabella. I usually check back on my companions every couple of quests to see what they have to say and Isabella is the only one who doesn't engage in conversation. I'm guessing that it might be because I left her out of my party a lot and thus her relationship with me was just hovering under 50% friendship and thus not triggering further conversations.
