When I've started up dragonage2 and it starts connecting to the dragonage servers to login to my account I get the windows "dong" error sound and the screen goes black. I can only minimize the program by using CTRL+ALT+DEL.
When dragonage2 is minimized I see an error box which says dragonage2.exe in the top left corner and which states that Drive A: isn't responding and that I should check if the port is still open. I can select cancel, try again and ignore. Whichever I choose I can now run dragonage2 but my "Downloadables" is empty and I'm not listed as signed in.
In the game I have some of the downloadable features available dispite this but not all of them.
First off I don't have a Drive A: and I never have had it on this computer/mptherboard, nor have I ever simulated one.
Second, I've tried shutting down my firewall (comodo) my antivirus (also comodo) and I've gone into msconfig and removed comodo from startup and the rebooted my computer but it doesn't help.
Thirdly, I've spoken to two of my friends who do programming for a living about this problem and they say it looks like this is a problem with the program, not internet availabillity.
I would like your thoughts on this problem and if you know a place where I can post this for the programmers of dragonage2.
