 Posted about this in the general tech support forum.

According to them the issue should go here. For some reason the profile pictures for dragon age 2 are coming up incredibly choppy and low quality compared with dragon age origins'.

Now, the portraits in game are much better than the origins ones, so I'm not sure why they are the opposite on the site.

The reply on the other thread suggests a rendering issue?
