I'll be the first to say that while everyone is happy and excited now, it'll only be a few days/weeks before people start to become rowdy as Bioware becomes tight lipped again on this DLC, just like LOTSB when the first batch of screens for that came out followed by weeks of silence.

The suit the merc is wearing is very similar to the Eclipse footsoldier mercs that appear in ME2. The one that's the most memorable is the one you push out of the Dantius Towers window. Similar look with the armor. The Blue Suns footsoldier mercs have designs on their armor that show their affiliation. Maybe this is a new merc group? The Eclipse ones had a bit of bronze coloring to their armor; these ones seem more like Spec Ops with black and gray tones, at least from what I can tell of the screenshot.
