I think another title that is worth mentioning is the Dreamcast collection for the Xbox 360. Sega had an incredible library of games they could've put on this disc like Powerstone, Virtual On 2, Shenmue, but instead they chose 4 games which mostly suck.

I agree that Home Front was a let down. It had a good story but it's gameplay was so derivative. Respawning enemies? Game developers still think this is a good idea!?

Oh that redneck level pissed me off, at the end when you have to jump out of the chruch tower.
I also felt it was a let down for not having Shenmue. That was a one of a kind game.

Even though Home Front was a let down, I think it's premise and storyline have potential. I heard a sequel to Homefront is already in development so if they can fix the things that were wrong in the original game I think Homefront 2 could be really good.
Oh no those parts of the games were great, it just some how went from a kick ass story with alot of options and freeing the US to...
LOOK WE ARE NEXT COD4 COME ALL MULTIPLAYERS!!!!!
I mean like after the battle on the golden gate bridge I was pumped and ready to hit SanFransico and throw the North Korean's out, then nothing. They should have kept with the formula for Freedom fighter than had you doing alot of stuff. And not overhyped the game or forget to mention that its only on multiplayer.
Same with the whole fallow the leader. I hated that, couldn't open doors, couldn't do crap, without that bombastic jack ass telling me. It felt like I was a little lost puppy or a nobody. Yet at the same time 75% of all the work is done by me.
That game had alot of promise but threw it away to the MP crowd. thats one thing I'll always hate COD for.

In case you hadn't guessed, I don't keep up on new games very well.
Edit: No, wait, I just remembered that I've also played Stacking. Although I haven't finished it yet. So, I guess that's the worst game I've played so far this year, although I still like it a lot.
So far, I'm liking this year more for new music than new videogames.
