I just finished my first playthrough as an archer, and the game ended just as I was really getting used to my talents and figuring out the best build and strategies, so I'd like to play as an archer again knowing what I know now. On the other hand, I really liked Sebastian but hardly used him because I thought I would have a death wish using two archers. I am wondering if anyone has used two archers through most of the game with success, or if I must choose another class if I want Sebastian. I don't want to be a duel-wielder. I plan on taking Anders at all times and then one melee character, either Fenris or Isabela (yes, that would mean 3 rogues - some might call that crazy). Bad idea?

Just take Anders and 3! archers!

Death wish? more like a death machine.
That's basically how I roll. Hawke archer Varric Fenris and Andres with Heroic Aura, Elemental Weapons and Haste using Martyr instead of attacking to keep Haste up.
I think Fenris does much better than Isabela if he's the one taking most of the damage but feel free to experiment.

Actually i found that isabela is more reliable then fenris most of the time, if you spec isabela properly with her defense talents etc and ramp up her Health she can take one hell of a beating and keep on trucking, where as fenris seems to get raped whenever he has more then 2 targets at the same time on him :/
