I like fenris' and merill's looks, and there are other nice looking npc-elves as well, but I can't remember their names. but what I absolutely don't like is what they did to zevran! imho he looked much more attractive in DA1 (and since in my language-version he is even voiced by someone else than in the first game, the character recognition is nearly lost for me )

Male- Zevran- gotta love a Span-I mean, Antivan, elf

Honorable male mentions- Fenris (admittedly, his concept art looks much hotter, in game he's kinda ugly up close), Orsino (not bad for an older dude)

Female- Athenril (the female elven smuggler)- she's absolutely gorgeous and wish she wasn't such a minor NPC

Honorable female mentions- Iona, Merrill (not 'hot' but cute)

Fenris. Yowza. Something about his ever-so-BARELY-there smirk/smile... is perfect.

Merrill is too much in the 'absolutely adorable' category for me to put her also into the 'hotness' category.

I need to go visit the Rose some more, I suppose. I guess I missed speaking to the proprietress! Or missed it at the right time. I know I did once, but never got sexytime options, and just never checked again...
...so I only got the option from one particular elf after a quest he was involved in.

It sounds like I may very well regret looking into this at the Rose, though, hah!

I thought Merrill was the most attractive but I gotta agree with you, Orsino was also awesome looking. He was probably the coolest looking male Elf in DA2 I think. 

Also is it just me or did Orisno have a slightly bigger body than most male Elves? He seemed to be just as large as Meredith.
