There's actually a Dalish elf who stands like that too. I was willing to blame it on the huge sword on his back until I saw that guy. Regardless, I agree hahah. Need to find mod.

I always felt like it was because of his slave upbringing. The way he's always looking down and avoiding eye contact reaffirms this for me as well.
And Fenris gets my vote though I loved how all the elves looked in this game. Their noses were just so beautiful.

I don't know about hottest, but the way Marethari holds herself, especially during Feynriel's second quest, just had me in awe.
The elves redesigned are amazing. I love the way they look in the game. It's closer to the way they are described in the books.

I do like how different they look from humans, they seem more individualized and unique compared to the first game.

Fenris is the only elf I've found attractive...well, except for that one elf from the alienage in DA:O (I believe he was one of the people in one of the Blackstone Irregulars quest).
