The only attractive male elf is Fenris, and that's barely. He has a really cute face and I think his personality is attractive but all the male elves have girly arms. Merrill on the other hand is perfect.

Merrill is the most attractive, looks, voice, personality. I can't vouch for good looks on the guys, but Orsino was a badass, I would have gladly made room for him in my party after I killed Fenris if he hadn't gone all corpse-monster-mother-murderer on me first.
Athenril fits best into the "hot" category, but Merrill still wins by far, even without the Godscarf.

I actually didn't like a lot of the other elves. Athenril and Orsino were decent, but Orsino looked especially cartoony to me for some reason. Maybe it was the bright colors and how smooth his skin looked despite him obviously being older. I thought Merrill was just okay. Varania would have been pretty without the bright red hair and goth makeup. She looks very pretty with a color-changing mod.

Definitely Atheneril. Of course that is in part because she has the sexiest voice in the game but was also stunning. Would love to see her back as a companion sometime.

I can't remember which elf it was at the beginning that you do a quest for to get into Kirkwall. Was that Athenril or Marethari? (sp) That elf was the prettiest, though I do like Merrill a lot. <3
