nah i don't think we are really boned to be honest, sure we may not get mods that PC owners can use, but that's not to say that Bioware wont Release any DLC in the future. I really hope they do to be honest, cause i cant get enough of this game.

Mass effect was also a much bigger game though so minor graphical glitches could be forgiven due to the shear amount of game there was to get through
Say what!!! Ummm wrong even bioware will tell you Doa is much bigger than mass effect. Mass effect was a great game but very short compared to Doa.

:oIm amazed that Halo 3 made a PC gamer into a console gamer. Even if all the 3 Halos were PC exclusives, they would be considered mediocre FPSs:happy:
Halo is overrated
Call of duty is better in every way x)

On consoles the game aims for you..
Anyways see the reviews:
Its not just that you dont have the mods but you dont have the great tactical gameplay that made the game to me infinitely beter.. I played it like action for first few hours

The most recent addition to the CoD games is hugely over rated. But its all relative really. Personally i prefer the Halo games to Call of Duty, but then having been a soldier in real life for 9 years that could just be because of escapism, or possibly how unrealistic the recent CoD game is.
Before someone asks how i can complain about realism when i play Halo. Halo isnt supposed to be realistic its a Sci-fi story in FPS mode.
Call of duty, just like medal of honour, is all about being set in real world situations.
But again its all a matter of taste.
DA isnt that big a game really, you might not consider wandering round in huge open spaces as content, but personally i dont consider seeing a load screen every time i want to enter a 1 room building as content either.
I nailed easy mode on DA in 2 days, and thats not solid play.
it took me much longer to get through Mass Effect because i explored everywhere i could, same thing i did with FF VII, You are of course talking to someone who thoroughly enjoyed Shadow of the collosus, the atmosphere, and landscapes were fantastic

Halo wasnt what i expected it to be, but ive always just thought the Master Chief was cool, plus its a lot harder to Dominate in online battles, then it is in some games.

Im saying that its a different game on consoles than on pc-s..
When I started microing every character and bumped diff to hard the game got much more fun for me..
Based on reviews thats nod doable on consoles.
thats what Im saying

So you're comparing a Mass Effect playthrough where you probably did a ton of the sidequests to a DOA playthrough on Easy and where you probably didn't do any of the sidequests?
If you do nothing but complete main storyline in DOA, you only have completed about 45% of game content.

I just dont want to think that we console owners are being forgotten about because its more difficult for the dev's to add patches or new content on our platform

Mass Effect was not a bigger game. Not even close.
Yeah, i dont understand that either. Mass effect was a fairly short game. I'm only like halfway through DA (did 2.5 of the 4 treaty stories) and i already spent more time on it than i did on any ME play through.
I play on 360 as well anyway, and i can live without mods, but it does annoy me a bit that we can't get all those quick bug fixes. Tbh all those bugs really shouldnt have been in the game if testing had been done properly though, so to me it feels like something the console shouldnt be blamed too much for.

I kinda like that its not free roam and based on cities as its easier for modders to just add a new city to the game than it would be if the game was one big area like fallout 3.. and different cities from different modders can be used at the same time..Thundorn wrote...
i have only finished it once, and on my second time round im finding more bits and pieces that i didnt spot first time. however the game size isnt really the issue. Im sure im not the only person who thinks its a shame that there isnt more of a "Free roam" feel to the game of course, but thats not what i was asking for.

Its not about being forgotten.. Its how things have been forever.. User content is not posible on consoles
