I just completed the quest that i got from Sebastian, (the exiled prince), and was expecting him to join my team but well, he didn't.<_<
Will he join my team later or did i do something wrong?

I wondered that too, but yes: pick him up in the chantry in act 2.

Don't hold your breath though. I bought the DLC because I thought he looked cool and would make a nice LI for my female hawke, but turns out he is a total douchebag.

You can say that again!
He starts off so cool and badass with his "No. What happened to my family was murder" and pinning the notice to the board with an arrow. And then he sprints downhill as fast as possible. You'd think he was being chased by a mabari or something..
Still very pissed at him for what he does in the end game. (Avoiding the spoiler just in case)

i think it's pretty low to have preordered this game, paid full price, then bring it home to find... oh great. dlc already. thanks alot for making me spend more money on maybe an hour of extra content just to potentially get 100% achievements, bioware. the exclusive content they DID decide to include for preorders was crap. utter crap. at least last time we got shale and warden's keep.
