I can only post in  "DA2 General Discussion" and "DA2 News and announcements"
I cannot reply on any topics in any of the other DA2 threads.
I can post fine in the ME topics though.

It always tells me that I dont meet the requirements to post there and no type box is popping up at the bottom of the topic...kinda weird when everyone else can.

Do I need to activate or confirm something? Or is that intended to happen if my region is Germany?

As is written in the forums' description, you need to register DA2 to post in other DA2 forums.
