So I'm trying to build Anders as a pure healer, and if possible, I'd
like to know which staff has the most +willpower, +mana regen and
+healing done by character. Right now I'm having him use Vadasine (+2
willpower, +5 mana regen), is there anything better?

Chantry Staff, from "Act of Mercy" quest in Act 1, must let Grace go free. +21% Healing by this character. And +24 Mana/Stamina.

Note: I have been trying to find a way to condemn Grace and obtain the staff itself, but so far no luck. I personally don't want Grace to go free (more consequences later, but *ahem* no more spoiler)

Sorry for necro-tizing this thread, but if you have the item packs there's a personal item for Anders that increases the healing done by him.
