 I tried looking for a thread about this, but I can't find the Search function (which has apparently been disabled), so here's the problem.

I bought the Collector's Edition of Mass Effect 2.  I've linked my Gamer Tag to my EA account, I've registered the game to pick up the Cerberus Network, and I've redeemed the promo codes.

The problem I'm having is that while my account details on this website say that I am entitled to the Collector's Armor and Weapon, they're not showing up in-game: no option to download, no automatic download, nothing.  Considering that I only had one shot at these items, this is fairly annoying, and I was wondering if I am doing something wrong.  Hell, even the Dr Pepper codes went through (I was quite frankly amazed at that), but I really wasn't expecting the CE code to fail.

Nevermind. Somehow, it started working again. Not even sure how I did it.
