Texture problem below characters lower lip

The problem does not occur on the default hawk or any other character. Just this customized one. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone know WHY this is happening? I posted several pics to show exactly what the problem is:

bump? Seriously am I the only one having this problem? If so does anyone know what I did to make that black texture show up on his face? Click the images to enlarge them if they are too small.
