There was a previous thread that has since disappeared during the merge that had most of the answers to the NPC's gifts. I have read all 10426 lines of the character creation data and found the last two gifts. (We are assuming the CC is accurate as of this writing.) Below are the names of the NPC's and what they would like as a gift.

********SPOILERS BELOW*********

Zevran shows affinity for the finer things in life-but his appreciation can be more poetic than he lets on. A simple bar of refined silver or gold, uncomplicated by a craftsman hammer, is elegantly valuable.

Morrigan's critical eye is not reserved solely for others. Knowing or not, she has a simple fondness for jewelry and is very particular about her appearance.

Alistar is fascinated by magic, even as his life is defined by fighting its darker manisfestations. He has a fondness for strange runestones and figural studies of arcane creatures.

Oghren enjoys challenging his palate with alcohols of ever increasing rarity, potency, and outright lethality. This has afforded him no benefit whatsoever.

For Wynne, the printed word is a window to true understanding. A scholar by heart, she feels that what a people commit to the page is sacred by definition.

Sten has an eye for paintings, an appreciation that might seem out of character, but is actually an extension of Quinari discipline. He respects an artist for careful composition, a skill that is as much about where the brushstroke stops as where it begins.

Leliana takes care to honor the Lothering cloister that took her in, and keeps symbols of Andraste's blessings close to her heart.

Dog- With a lovely melted cheese topping, double-baked Mabari crunch is absolutely irresistable. At least if you're a dog.

Sorry, no gift listings for Loghain that I could find.

Someone should mock up packaging.. someone with skillz, i.e., not me.

"Mabari Crunch--you can hear rodent bones snap, crackle and pop in every crunchy bite!  Bow-WOW!"

Awesome thread, I know it sounds daft but I was fretting over whether I'd know what gifts to give my Alistair and now I do, so woo!

For Loghain, I don't remember the exact codex entry but what I can tell you is that he is very fond of maps. That has something to do with his respect for strategy as I recall.

Hope this helps.

...you dug up a month old thread for vague information like that? The wiki already has a complete list.

Shale likes rare gemstones. Basically anything with a "remarkable" prefix; any gem that counts as a gift.

The list referred to on the wiki is not complete. It's missing a tattered notebook and a moist chewed book. One of them is a potential gift for Wynne.

When I find it I'll update if this post isn't a hundred years old again.

Thanks Pat! I know others don't see it as I do but even old threads have saved me while the ones that were old but locked pre-answer did not.. lol I hope that made sense..
