I checked the first ten pages of this forum for ability bugs but couldn't spot this one, so I'm not sure if this is a known bug. Well here it goes, anyway:

When I level up and I'm choosing an ability, let's say for Anders. This is what happened to me:

1. I thought that I would choose Haste for Anders. I clicked the Haste icon and was about to confirm my choice.
2. I decided not to learn Haste, so I clicked Back instead.
3. After clicking Back, the icon for Haste was still in my ability list where my learned abilities all are, and when hovering over the icon the ability's description had changed to "null"
4. I moved the Haste icon to another slot on the ability menu and the description had changed to normal again.
5. After this I decided to choose a passive ability for Anders, and after choosing it I clicked Confirm.

After the level up was complete, I had learned Haste and a passive ability and it cost me only 1 ability point.
