A lot of the staircases appear to have broken, as in, my
char will start down a staircase and then clip through the ground, sometimes it
is a major clipping issue, where hawk (or any controlled char) will fall completely
through the ground texturing, or sometimes it will just sink my chars ankles
just far enough through the ground to not allow me to progress up the
staircase, one of these issues happens on just about every stair case I
encounter. It has actually gotten to the point where I can no longer finish any
of my quests. I have tried reloading previous saves, rebooting the game entirely,
and downloading the new patch, all of which seem to have done nothing to fix
this issue.
