For some reason I cannot direct which way Cone of the Cold goes, It just goes in the direction I am facing, yesterday I could choose anywhere around me to cast.
Anyone else notice this?

To clarify, is the targeting mechanism locked facing forward or simply that regardless of where you target it fires where you are face?
