Hello all,

Recently completed mass effect 1 on the PC and it was fantastic. My PC ran it fine with minimal problems but I would like to know if anyone could help me to see whether ME2 will run smoothly too.

I'm not too technical with computers but I managed to gather these specs.

Intel® Core™2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz
Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3
2.0 GB RAM

ATI display adapter (0x94C3) 512.0 MB

There is probably not enought information there, but if anyone has any thoughts it would be greatly appreciated.

The graphics card is the most important part, and you didn't identify it (and I'm not wasting my time on your omission).

A quick Bing search reveals that 0x94C3 means a Radeon HD 2400 Pro. Unforunately, that is below the minimum requirements. You will have to turn off a bunch of graphical effects and run at a low resolution in order for the game to run smoothly. I recommend upgrading the graphics card to something at least as good as an ATI Radeon HD 5670 or an nVidia Geforce GTS 440.
