Which quest exactly, and which robes; the Robes of the Champion (they come from the High Dragon if I'm not mistaken)?

Never will happen for me. I import saves from Dragon Age Origins and I always killed her off.

I think the first thing you have to do is make sure that you have the Soldier's Keep dlc for Origins, then make sure that you let her live, complete Origins, and import that save file. If you have done this and you are not getting the quest, well, I don't know. I got the robes from her but never used them--I'm using the Robes of the Spiral Eye set instead, because the matching set bonus is a lot of health and mana.
