Two Bugs: Talents remain after "reset" and weapon damage spikes

Greetings,

I figured I'd comment on two problems that I have been facing lately.

1) My character is a Female Mage, currently Level 7. During my initial prologue and the beginnings of Act 1 I spec'd myself into Creation (Heal and Heroic Aura) and Spirit (Spirit Bolt and Walking Bomb). However, upon using a Maker's Sigh and respecing into Primal (Stonefist and Chain Lightning) and Creation (Same as above) I find that I retain Walking Bomb. While I can "avoid" using it, it also refunds into my talent pool whenever I use another Maker's Sigh.

2) I've experienced random spikes in the damage that my mage deals with staff attacks. With my only buffs being Heroic Aura and my char sheet showing "39 DPS" using the DLC Staff of Parthalan the damage will occasionally default from 30-40ish to upwards and above 100. I've noticed it most often in Nighttime Hightown. Changing weapons will sometimes revert it. And "zoning" "sometimes" reverts it.

Anyways, while these are technically beneficial bugs, I find them annoying because they are making my nightmare playthrough a touch too easy and I have to tip toe around them!
