If I don't buy a tome to increase talent points or attributes before going into the Deep Roads, do I permanently lose the opportunity to buy it?

In other words, without revealing any story spoilers about Act 2, are these tomes restocked after you return from the Deep Roads? (Meaning you can buy two of them if you buy one before the Deep Roads expedition.)

Or does it make no difference whether you buy it before or after the Deep Roads?

I just started the Deep Roads and I'm wondering whether I should go back to an earlier save in order to buy the tome.

I don't know about the tomes from regular merchants and would like to know that myself.

But the permanent potions from the Black Emporium can wait. There are exactly 3 to buy and they are not restocked.

You can't get the tomes after deep roads, same with any companion armour at shops.
