I dont think is it i let anders live and come with me but Sebastian left promised to come back and kill anders some day.
Also Fenris left me because of how much he hates mages since i sided with thtem.

I only lost Anders because it i him or Sebastian. I chose to execute Anders for his terrorism.

Yes, you can have nearly all your companion stay with you.
I had all of them at 100 Friendship (Rivalry probably work too) supported Mage, mistakeningly let Anders Live, and had all of them at the end sequence. Fenris did not leave me.
I speculate that supporting Templars would be the same.
Ander <-> Sebastian is one of the other, you can't have both.

I had the same outcome as yours, had a real hard time getting Fenris approval up but I saw someone who had Fenris stand with them when siding with the mages.
I dont know if Sebastian will stay if you dont kill Anders regardless of his approval, but I dont know for certain.

I got Fenris to join back with me, but I don`t think Sebastian is ever going to side with you unless if you kill Anders.

Next playthrough ill try get every one max i used mostly 3 same people though hole game varric, isaebla and merrill.
To tell throught i think my sending will be better.
It does not make sense how they side with you just off friend ship.
I prefer having it so.

The only person who didn't stick with me on my playthrough was Anders. But he was dead and I got Bethany back instead, so he doesn't count.

I think you have to have friend or rival maxed out for it to work.

You can't keep both Sebastion and Anders. I'd suggest that murdering Anders pleases him, so as long as you do that, you can please everyone.

The way I see it, rival means a friend may not agree with your idea, but he/she respect you enough to follow your lead and support you during fights. But it is rather odd that a full rival Fenris who hated Mage all his life would agree to join a pro-Mage Hawke.
I got Fenris pass 50% on Friendship and he agreed to join me in the final fight, even i didn't kill anders and sided with Mages... I'm not complaining though, I wouldn't want to fight him.
