Somehow I managed to enter that mountain region and Abandoned Slaver Den without Fenris and kill Hadriana.
I can see her body marked as quest marker in the map (and minimap), but I cant touch it.
I noticed that something was wrong when we met that elven girl and invisible Fenris started to talk.
I left the Abandoned Slaver Den and came back with Fenris. Now that dead body glimmers, but I still cant touch it and therefore pick any items and proceed with the quest.
My saves are old and I dont want to start from the chapter beginning.
What I can do?
Can I get trough the game without completing this quest?
Cant finish "A Bitter Pill"

The same thing happened to me, I would imagine you can finish the game, I'm just wondering f there is any way to finish the quest still...

Huh... I don't think you were supposed to be there without Fenris. No idea why they let you inside... maybe you can just reload from before? Although, if it were that simple, I'm sure you would have already tried that. This is too weird and I have no idea what to tell you.
