2) does she "remember" Isabella, if they hooked up witht he warden...

3) is there actually a variation of the dialogue to imply her romance with the Warden? and If true is it glitched as some have suggested...

5) does dialogue differ if she is hardened or not in Origins...

I am not sure what you are asking, she was my love interest for my (ultimate sacrifice) Origins save, and when asked she acknowledged the hero was dear to her heart. so not sure if you are asking if she always says this or if she ever does?

She says that if romanced, though in my save, should have said was and not is.  I figure that's an import bug of sorts.

If not romanced she says something about hearing the songs she wrote.

She does exist in DA2 if you left her for dead in Lothering OR killed her during the Urn questline.

This means the god child is the cameo for DA3 regardless of your choices in DAO.
