I have responded to the Knight Commander's summons in act three by going to the gallows but can't find the commander anywhere in the templar hall. Just people telling me she wants to meet with me. Any advice?
Can't find the Knight Commander in act three.

When you enter the gallows, go to your left, in the passage with the mage who sells potions, there's a gat there that should now be open for you. That's the templar hall and where you can meet Meredith and Orsino.

She is in the branch to the left of the Main Hall. First room on the right once you enter the hallway.
