 I just found out that she was in the hanged man at the end of Tranquility, but I am now in Act 2- will she never appear now??

Sorry bro you missed your shot. But this point ACT 2 start, she would have been already visiting your estate to give you some of her sweet pirate loving. Missed out!

yeah you missed out you will either have to continue with out or restart and make sure you get to see isabella before act 2.

Do we get the option to re-start the campaign with the same character like in ME2 ? Or will I have to create a new profile?

I think you gotta flirt with her when you have the chance so she'd come to your estate and you could grab about 10 points "friendship" with her.Or bring her along on mission, her friendship is easily earned.

I made her stay on my first (as love interest) but she ran away on my new playthrough owww... and yes, I miss her.

Yea, you have to romance her a bit I forgot. She has to be into you, that involes taking her in your group on mission and getting her to approve of your choices. Killing the guy who captured the elf, grants 15 approval from her I believe, and then she wil come to your estate.

To have her fall in love, pick the choice with a heart symbol. "Is that all I was" after that encounter, and then ask about her past untill you are greeted with another heart symbol.

She won't fall in love untill ACT 3 after her mission

They should have put an option to re-start a new campaign with a exp or gold bonus, at least don't make me design my character's face again.
