I ordered the signature edition from GoHastings (through Amazon) 1-2 days before this was released.  I got an Xbox 360 copy and a PC copy and I'm very worried that they have been resealed.  I've seen other copies of this game (for 360 anyway, not sure about PC) with the standard Y-fold seal but these don't have it. 

So first of all, should all copies of this game have a Y-fold seal?  If yes then these are obviously resealed.  What has me most worried though is there seems to be light cuts on the top and bottom of the case near where it opens up.  It looks like they could be knife marks from someone cutting through the original seal.  I don't think I've ever seen a sealed game with these kinds of cuts.

I haven't opened them up or anything as I figure a return would be easier if they were still "sealed".
