I've found several guides online (youtube, gamespot, gamefront) but I cannot seem to find an accurate guide to enable the admin console for the steam version of DA2. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance for the help.

Go into your Steam 'Library'. Right click on the game and choose 'Properties'. Click the 'Set Launch Options' button.
Add the following:
-enabledeveloperconsole
Save.
That's half the job. You next need to edit the ini file, as per the online guide, so that you have a key that opens the console.
