So I'm in act 3 doing Aveline's quest, and the boss, Jeven, is supposed to give me her last armor upgrade but he doesn't. The only loot he's got is a shield and some coins. Anyone else experienced this ? Is it the guides that are wrong ?
By the way I'm on PC... Please let me know if it worked for you !

I didn't get an armor upgrade either. In fact, I think Avaline went without an armor upgrade the whole time. Fenris on the other hand got armor upgrades galore for some reason.

Yep, it doesn't drop. It's supposed to drop when you kill the old guard captain starting a revolt. We'll have to wait for toolset or patch to fix this.

this really pisses me off because the only person I worried about getting all the armor upgrades for was Aveline because her's seemed really easy to obtain and now he won't drop it so I can't get the achievement

Most of the upgrades are easy to obtain - Isabela and Varric are missable.
