I had Varric, Sebastian, Merril (which surprised me because we hadn't been getting along all that well), Aveline and Carver.

Isabella took off with the relic, Fenris left because I sided with the mages and I had to kill him, I killed Anders for murdering all those people. Alas, poor Anders. I knew him well--but he turned out to be bats**t insane. Well, an abomination. But then I knew that, didn't I? Not well enough, clearly. Damn good thing my Hawke was a full on Spirit Healer.

Isabella left and I murder-knifed Anders for what he did. Bethany and everyone else accounted for.

Fenris and the dlc i JUST bought took off without me and fenris got killed by me (in 1 hit, lmao assassins kickass)

i had everyone else.
wanted to kill Anders, but wasn't sure how that would affect the story

Isabella took off with the relic, and Fenris sided against me when I wanted to help the mages. I had Anders by my side, which caused Sebastian to leave.

Everyone stayed with me. Cept Anders. Which was a bummer for my core party.

My endng party included Bethany, Isabella, and Aveline.

I executed Anders outright and everyone else stayed.

Sebastian walked off in a snit because I wouldn't kill Anders. Fenris took off, but he came back when the final confrontation occurred. Anders was my healer, so I spared him. Carver was a templar since he was a whiny **** and I didn't want tote him along on the Deep Roads excursion (and he took my Hayder's Razor with him!) I couldn't get rid of Merrill if I tried.

Isabela bolted, but she came back and I fought the Arishok for her. Aveline threatened to leave, but she stayed.

Isabella ran away, Fenris sided against me and I killed Anders, leaving my power party of Aveline, Varric and Merril plus Sebastian who tagged a long.

Only lost Anders to my own hand. I didn't buy the Sebastian dlc so from what I have read I would have lost him too. However really the only ones I cared about were Fenris, Isabella, Bethany, and Varric. The rest could have died and I wouldn't have cared.

Everyone was with me except Isabela and Sebastion(since I didn't have the DLC). Isabela left during act 2 and to be honest, I was glad to see her go.

My party consisted of myself as a rogue, varric, merrill, and anders. Kept the latter at first since I didn't realize I'd get Bethany back, at which point I switched him out.

Sebastian left because I would not kill Anders. Everyone else stayed (or returned, in Carver's and Isabela's case). My final party was Varric, Aveline, and Anders. My Hawke wanted her A Team with her at the end.

I fealt like everyone in the game was my companion. Including my Mabari hound, who I didnt bother listing.

Just finished my first playthrough earlier today and finished with : Fenris (that ending /swoon), Aveline, Varric, Merril and Sebastian. Isabella took off with the relic, Carver is still out there being Carver and Anders got the murder knife.

That wasn't my Mabari. It was something else. That, or it's face is deformed. Still a nice dog, though, poor deformed thing.

Everyone lived and remained with me minus Sebastian who had a fit because I didn't kill Anders- which was a shame, I really liked Sebastian ;c

Carver died at the beginning since I played a rogue, Isabela left when I told her the Qunari invasion took priority over her relic, Fenris died after battling against me for siding with the mages, and Sebastian left when I spared Anders. life.

My party during the final battle was Aveline, Bethany, and Anders.

originally It was supposed to be Anders instead of Sebastian because I was going to side with the mages but after Anders terrorist attack I killed him and sided with the templars. Had to add Sebastian

It always just tells me I ran off with Isabella, regardless of who I actually romanced or if Isabella was even still with my party or not. 

The only common denominator in all my games is that I did sleep with her once, which I suppose somehow magically overrights any actual romance you do or if Isabella runs off with the relic or returns it. 

If this is a subtle way of saying sex is > relationships and plot continuity, it worked.
