I'm trying to install DA2 and I'm getting an error that is telling me my CD key is invalid. I ordered a hard copy of the game from the EA online store, and I'm using the CD key that comes on the back on the manual. I've tried several times now, taking care to type it in correctly, but I keep getting the invalid code message. When the install wizard didn't work, I tried registering the game on the bioware site, and I have the same problem. My DLC/signature edition reward codes worked just fine, but my actual CD key is invalid apparently, and I have no idea what to do.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is this someplace I can contact for help? I know this is probably not the right place to post this, but I can't post in tech support without registering the game, and the EA support site is apparently having some problems at the moment and won't let me log in (which you apparently have to do just to access their contact info). I can't even find a phone number to call!
