I was referring to the company as a whole. They were showed questline flaws and still was released. I am pretty sure that had to have been presented to a high member of Bioware for approval.

Did you really have to go through all that crap just to say "I don't like the inventory system and some quests are bugged in DA2"? Seriously it was like reading some depressed emo's blog.

Yeah, but no one cares about some guy completely hating on Dragon age 2. I was making it fun for the readers.... don't be like the qunari, damn go read a book or something. .__.

Ad hominem, ad hominem everywhere.

OP writes a long, dramatic, and compelling piece about Bioware and instead of addressing the issues all I see are attacking the dramatic nature of the post.

I totally feel you bro. The whole Warden's Keep glitch in Awakenings did upset me too, it was upsetting because the Sentinel armor looks really bad ass. I am enjoying Dragon Age II and I don't think I would have gotten to the point of writing Bioware a letter like you did though. I do think they rushed this game out maybe Bioware believes in the whole 2012 chaos? lol...I would have gladly waited if it meant having more dungeons, less glitches, etc

Proud United States Marine, sir.
I wrote this because it is an outrage to buy a game purposed for an escape out of every day hell, like reading books, and/or watching tv and then finding out there are questline progress flaws.

That is like watching a movie that ran out of budget half way through and ended the movie in a WHOLE different direction that was meant to.

Like say if Starship Troopers movie, the first one, ran out of budget and just ended it with zooming out on the planet and just seeing the entire planet blow up and say THE END. Would you feel like you wasted money?
That is my point sir.

Why is everyone addressing the "emotional" nature of the post. This game has generally seemed to take a step down from Origins in, what appears to be, an attempt to "Dumb down" the gameplay and make it more accessible to a more "Diverse" group of people. The combat system has been virtually made a non-factor with little to no difficulty, the itemization and customization for characters has been limited quite a lot compared to origins, and the dungeon designs have extremely similar to one another. The box has not been pushed with this game, it has been drawn back and kept closed for the sake of those who are "New" to Rpg's

This is something I had not considered... BW should have issued a statement like:

"We have come to believe 2011 is the last year of human existance. As such, the decision was made to rush DA2 out before the end of the world. It is not a decision we entered into lightly, but we decided that we would rather allow our fans enjoy a mediocre Dragon Age sequel than no sequel at all. As such, we present you, our fans, with this half-finished project. May God have mercy on our souls."

It would have given me a completely different opinion about their motivations. They would actually be heroes for giving us half a game in that light...

Have no fear...there is an awesome looking, brand new rpg coming out this fall. Elder Scroll sized open world, fantasy, rich rpg elements, over 120 fully fleshed dungeons with loot and quests, written by R.A. SALVATORE...art by Todd McFarlane...designed by the father of open world rpgs KEN ROLSTON...full action or tactical combat....bright colors and mystical landscapes...full customization. It is a promising gem I suggest everybody check out

They bought reviews on game sites to make it more appealing... how does that not constitute some fecal matter coming in their direction...

Ive been generally luke-warm to DA2 at this point myself. However, What proof is there that -any- reviews were bought and paid for at all? It's all just conjecture with nothing to prove the allegations.

You guys are too old to be playing video games any way.I am pretty sure Bioware appreciates their new fans from 2010 to today much more than yall crying emos.I have never seen so many people take a video game so serious. It is quite sad.You would never see us Gears fans whining and crying like this if Epic made a Gears RPG.

LOL! You HAVE to be a troll and I'm not one of those who uses that word often. That is hilarious, if so.
