I don't think Bioware is in danger of being run into the ground.  I am sure they are well aware of how many customers they can afforrd to lose (because you simply can't please everyone), and how many they anticipate gaining.


I was not saying BW is in danger of being run into the ground. I simply stated that your line about how every lost customer will not only be replaced but replaced with more is terribly short-sighted and it ignores the importance of customer retention.  If it is true that you can't please everyone then it is also true that you can't chase two hares or you'll lose them both.
