Hello all, I realize this probably isn't the correct forum to post this on, but I have been trying to get an answer to this issue for about 3 days now and I haven't received any help, so I am posting this issue on both the technical forums (again) and on this one in hopes to find someone who can actually help me.

Alright, I am going to repost this since I was told to by EA Customer Support.

Hello to all,

I am having an issue with the final boss of the
game. Let me just go ahead and mention that I bought the game through
Steam and have also posted this on the Steam forums in hopes to get
something answered.

Alright, so here we go. I am at the final boss and it seems to be glitching on me, or at least what I can assume is glitching on me. I enter Phase 1 just fine, but when she enters Phase2 and summons one of the statues the statue itself walks to the center of the room and just stands there and does nothing. I can still attack it and it takes damage, but once about 99% of its health is gone, the health stops depleting. And I am just stuck attacking the target without any progress, and it won't even attack back at me. I tried re-loading my save and even re-loading the game and going as far as restarting my computer (long shot, but I figured "try everything I could think of"). Nothing seemed to work. 

So I went to Youtube to look up videos of other people playing this fight and saw some things that were different than what I have seen. To begin, right at the beginning of thefight the second statue is already down and standing off to the side, just looking at the battlefield. It continues to do this when the actual Phase 2 starts. Another thing I noticed is the mini-statues are all up and moving in place on my file, something that I did not see in the Youtube video I saw. Grant it, the Youtube video I saw was for 360, but I wouldn't think something like that would be different cross console. So I re-loaded an earlier file to check to see if it was just a glitch with that save file, and when I got to the Gallows after fighting through the city, the statues are up and moving in place like I saw in the fight, even during the conversation between Meredith and First Enchanter.

This problem really has me confused and is keeping me from finishing the game. Someone on the Steam forums said it was a scripting glitch and that they got through it by just not attacking right off the get-go and it worked just fine. So I tried this and it was still messing up on me. I don't know if this is a problem with the PC version itself or just the fact that it was on Steam and is an issue with Steam itself running the game (hence why I am posting on both forums just in case). Any info/advice on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

this same question 3 days ago and I didn't get any responses, so
I emailed EA Support with the same question and they more or less told
me "We can't help you, go back to the forums". So here I am, back at the
forums just trying to find some answers as to how I can actually finish
the game. I greatly appreciate any help I can get!

I have tried and tried to ask everywhere I can possibly think of about this issue and it is either "Not my problem" or "We can't help you, search elsewhere". All I want to do is have the ability to actually finish the game. EA support gave me no help at all and booted me right back to the forums where my question hasn't received any sort of reply, so I figured I would turn to the General forum as well in hopes to find someone to help me out here. Any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you and again, I apologize if this forum isn't for posts such as this...but I am growing desperate.

Update:
I tried re-installing the game based on a friend's suggestion in hopes that it was just something messed up with the download. I did this and it didn't work at all.
