Hey guys,

I needed help in figuring out why, when I bought the Exiled Prince DLC through LIVE, when I was on the DLC page on DAII, that it didn't register as a downloaded item. Before that put in the code for the Emporium and its on the list of downloaded items. I spent like (800?) MS points on the Exiled Prince and I would like to know if there is something wrong, or if its already in the game but just not showing on the list in the game. I even downloaded it again and it still didn't show. Please help.

I'm also having this problem. The download doesnt complete. It gets to 99% done and then says "can't download this content". I've tried deleting the incomplete file and reloading it. I've also tried clearing the system cache, also to no avail. What is going on Bioware?

Idk if you already did this, but it worked for me. When you go to the downloaded content page, access the Xbox Marketplace from that menu in the game and pick "The Exiled Prince" DLC again and download it again. Don't go away from the downloading page....let the downloading bar stay on your screen until it gets to 100%. Then you will get the notification that it's been downloaded and it should then show on the Downloadable Content menu in the game options.
